Sourdough Discard Flatbread

This three-ingredient flatbread made with fermented sourdough discard is excellent for wraps and sandwiches.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sourdough discard
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 Tbsp oil (for the pan)

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
  • Add oil to a large pan over medium heat. 
  • Spoon in the batter in individual portions to the size of your liking.
  • Flip each flatbread when lightly browned and cook on the other side.
  • Continue with the rest of the batter, adding more oil as needed.

-Add additional spices such as garlic and rosemary to these as desired.
