Sourdough Discard Flatbread
This three-ingredient flatbread made with fermented sourdough discard is excellent for wraps and sandwiches.

Ingredients
- 2 cups sourdough discard
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 Tbsp oil (for the pan)
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Add oil to a large pan over medium heat.
- Spoon in the batter in individual portions to the size of your liking.
- Flip each flatbread when lightly browned and cook on the other side.
- Continue with the rest of the batter, adding more oil as needed.

-Add additional spices such as garlic and rosemary to these as desired.
