Chimichurri
This may not be an authentic Argentinian chimichurri, but it adds incredible flavor to steak and more.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cilantro stems and leaves, packed
- 2 cups parsley stems and leaves, packed
- 1 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
Instructions
- 1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

-Use as a marinade and topping for beef.
-Spread on a hamburger, sausage, or any sandwich you choose.
-Spread on a plain piece of bread.
-Make a chimichurri pasta salad.
