Pumpkin Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup plain Greek or regular yogurt*
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp raw honey*

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.

-*Substitute yogurt with a plant-based yogurt as desired.
-*Substitute honey with maple syrup as desired.
