Ingredients
- 1 large bunch of kale
- 1 Tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp salt (or to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Wash the kale and thoroughly dry it using a salad spinner or towels, or by prepping it and drying it in advance. This will ensure no moisture is left, which will help the chips crisp up.
- Remove the tough center stems from the kale, then tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
- Spread the kale on a lined baking sheet and toss with oil and salt. Mix until everything is well-coated.
- Arrange the kale pieces in a single layer on the baking sheet without overlapping them.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the kale is crispy. Check periodically to avoid burning, and rotate the pan as necessary.

Notes
-I generally use curly kale or lacinato, but use any variety you like.
