Parmesan Chips

A delicious cheesy crunch high in protein and calcium

Ingredients

  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
  • Place a small handful of grated parmesan in a mound and repeat, leaving space between the mounds for spreading during baking.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes or until melted and golden and crispy.
  • Let the parmesan chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to harden further.
