
Creamy Coconut Popsicles

Ingredients
- 1 13.5 oz can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 13.5 oz can coconut cream
- 1/2 cup raw honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste and add more honey if you prefer a sweeter popsicle.
- Pour into popsicle molds, tapping lightly to release air bubbles.
- Freeze for at least 6–8 hours, preferably overnight, until fully frozen.
