
Blueberry Coconut Popsicles
Sweet, tangy blueberries with a smooth coconut finish

Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup fresh or frozen wild or regular blueberries
- 2 Tbsp raw honey*
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor or with an immersion blender.
- Pour the mixture into reusable popsicle molds, place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid.

-*You may use another sweetener, such as maple syrup, instead of honey if you prefer.
