Chimichurri Pasta Salad
This might be my favorite pasta salad recipe ever! And it’s packed with flavor and nutrition.

Ingredients
Base
- 8 oz pasta of your choice
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup red onions, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, shaved
- salt
Instructions
- Add a pinch of salt to the pasta water and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta and let it cool.
- Mix the pasta, chimichurri, almonds, red onions, and parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
- Add salt to taste.
