
Meatballs with Zucchini Noodles

Ingredients
- Zucchini Noodles (double the recipe)
- Breadcrumb-Free Meatballs
Sauce
- 1 Tbsp oil for the pan
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 15 oz can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp dried oregano
- 1 Tbsp dried basil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and sauté for 3–5 minutes until soft and translucent.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine with the onion.
- Add the dried oregano and basil, mixing well.
- Reduce the heat to low and let the sauce simmer for 10–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, and add the zucchini noodles during the last 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Plate with meatballs.
