Parmesan Chips
A delicious cheesy crunch high in protein and calcium

Ingredients
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
- Place a small handful of grated parmesan in a mound and repeat, leaving space between the mounds for spreading during baking.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until melted and golden and crispy.
- Let the parmesan chips cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes to harden further.
