Beet Hummus
A deliciously healthy twist to traditional hummus

Prevent your screen from going dark
Wrap each beet individually with parchment paper or aluminum foil, based on your preference.
Roast the beets at 400°F/204°C for 1 hour or until soft when poked with a fork.
Once cooled, peel the skin off the beets with your fingers.
Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans.
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
-Add more water or lemon juice to thin to your desired consistency.
-Add more garlic cloves for a delicious garlic hummus.
