Instructions
Add the frozen cauliflower, frozen banana, dates, cacao powder, inulin (if using), and water to a high-speed blender.
Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
Pour in the kefir and blend briefly, just until combined. I add the kefir last to avoid damaging the probiotics.

-Adjust the amount of water or kefir to achieve your desired milkshake consistency — add more to thin it out or less for a thicker shake.
