-*This recipe makes a super-sweet chocolate milkshake. The more ripe the bananas, the sweeter the milkshake. To make a less-sweet version, use less-ripe bananas and fewer dates. You may also substitute frozen cauliflower for the bananas for a lower-fructose version.-*Cow’s milk, almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, or any other milk you choose will all work well.-I often use whey instead of milk if I have some left over from making yogurt.-Feel free to add plain regular or Greek yogurt as well.
