Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the almond flour, coconut flour, allulose, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then add the Greek yogurt and melted butter. Mix until smooth.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick, even batter forms.
Transfer the batter to the prepared baking pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
