Add all ingredients to the jar that came with your immersion blender or a wide cup.
With the immersion blender pressed firmly to the base of the jar, blend all ingredients, lifting the immersion blender as the contents begin to mix.

-*I use a pasteurized egg. You can use a non-pasteurized egg at your discretion.-*Instead of avocado oil, you may use another neutral-flavored oil, such as light-flavored olive oil (regular olive oil is too strongly flavored).-The mayonnaise will last a few days to a week refrigerated.
