Hot Pink Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen dragon fruit (pitaya)*
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup strawberries or raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • squeeze of lime
  • honey or sweetener of choice to taste (optional)

Instructions

  • Add everything to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and bright neon pink.

Notes

-*Frozen dragon fruit isn’t required, but improves the consistency of the smoothie. I also generally use frozen strawberries or raspberries.
-Add yogurt or milk kefir for probiotics.
