1cupraw nuts (almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc.) or nut butter (half the quantity)
1/4cupunsweetened cacao powder
1/4tspsalt
2 Tbsp coconut oil(melted)
2tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
In a food processor or a powerful blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. If you don’t have a powerful food processor/blender, you will definitely need to substitute nut butter for the nuts.
Line a small square pan (about 8x6 inch/ 20x15 cm) with parchment paper. Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut flakes, goji berries, etc., if desired, pressing lightly so they stick.
Place in the fridge for at least 1 hour until firm.
Remove from the pan, slice into squares, and enjoy! Keep refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 week, or freeze for longer storage.
