Simple Marinara Sauce
A simple marinara with a balanced richness that is perfect for any pasta

Prevent your screen from going dark
Heat the avocado oil over medium heat in a medium saucepan.
Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1-2 minutes, until fragrant, but be careful not to burn it.
Pour in the tomato sauce and stir to combine with the garlic.
Add the dried oregano and salt to taste. Stir well.
Optional: add 1/2 tsp of sugar or honey to balance the acidity.
Lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally to allow the flavors to meld together.
Turn off the heat and drizzle with olive oil.
Serve with your favorite pasta.
