Blend all ingredients in a food processor or with an immersion blender (if using fresh strawberries). Scrape down the sides as needed and continue blending until creamy.
Pour the mixture into reusable popsicle molds, place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid.
