Zucchini Frittata
A great way to meal prep eggs and get some veggies!

Prevent your screen from going dark
Preheat the oven to 400°F/204°C.
Squeeze the liquid from the grated zucchini using a nut milk bag, cheesecloth, or thin towel.
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl.
Pour the mixture into a large, greased skillet or baking dish.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the egg is solid and the edges are golden brown.
