Raspberry Popsicles

Sweet and tart, these popsicles are perfect for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2 limes, juiced (about 1/4 cup)
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor, or with an immersion blender.
  • Pour the mixture into reusable popsicle molds, place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid.
