
Chocolate Cauliflower Milkshake
A rich, chocolatey milkshake—powered by cauliflower, but you’d never know it

Ingredients
- 2 cups frozen cauliflower
- 1 1/2 cups frozen banana
- 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp inulin powder (optional)
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups kefir
Instructions
- Add the frozen cauliflower, frozen banana, dates, cacao powder, inulin (if using), and water to a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour in the kefir and blend briefly, just until combined. I add the kefir last to avoid damaging the probiotics.

-Adjust the amount of water or kefir to achieve your desired milkshake consistency — add more to thin it out or less for a thicker shake.
