Chocolate Cauliflower Milkshake

A rich, chocolatey milkshake—powered by cauliflower, but you’d never know it

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen cauliflower
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen banana
  • 1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp inulin powder (optional)
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 1/2 cups kefir

Instructions

  • Add the frozen cauliflower, frozen banana, dates, cacao powder, inulin (if using), and water to a high-speed blender.
  •  Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy.
  • Pour in the kefir and blend briefly, just until combined. I add the kefir last to avoid damaging the probiotics.

-Adjust the amount of water or kefir to achieve your desired milkshake consistency — add more to thin it out or less for a thicker shake.
