
Lemon Popsicles
Perfectly refreshing combination of sweet and sour

Ingredients
- 4 lemons, juiced (about 1/2 cup)
- 1 cup water
- 3 Tbsp raw honey*
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients in a medium bowl until the honey is completely dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into reusable popsicle molds, place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid. This mixture is not thick, so it will not support wooden popsicle sticks that do not stand independently (unless rigged with tape).
