Lemon Popsicles

Perfectly refreshing combination of sweet and sour

Ingredients

  • 4 lemons, juiced (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp raw honey*

Instructions

  • Combine the ingredients in a medium bowl until the honey is completely dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture into reusable popsicle molds, place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid. This mixture is not thick, so it will not support wooden popsicle sticks that do not stand independently (unless rigged with tape).

-*You may use another sweetener, such as maple syrup, instead of honey if you prefer.
