Strawberry Yogurt Popsicles

A cool and creamy blend of strawberry freshness in every bite

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 really ripe banana
  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt, unsweetened
  • 2 Tbsp raw honey* (optional)

Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a food processor or with an immersion blender (if using fresh strawberries). Scrape down the sides as needed and continue blending until creamy.
  • Pour the mixture into reusable popsicle molds, place the sticks in the molds, and freeze for 4 hours or until completely solid.

Notes

-The more ripe your banana, the sweeter your popsicle.
-*You may use another sweetener, such as maple syrup, instead of honey if you prefer.
