Traditional Hummus

This traditional hummus recipe uses simple ingredients and yields unbeatable flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 oz can garbanzo beans
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 3/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Rinse and drain the garbanzo beans.
  • Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.

-Add more water or lemon juice to thin to your desired consistency.
-Add more garlic cloves for a delicious garlic hummus.
