Greek Yogurt Herb Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 2 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • water (optional, to thin)

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or blend for an ultra-smooth texture.
