Ingredients
- 1 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 2 Tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 small garlic clove, grated
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- water (optional, to thin)
Instructions
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl, or blend for an ultra-smooth texture.
