Guacamole

Creamy and irresistible, this guacamole is a crowd-pleaser for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop out the avocado flesh and discard the skin.
  • Add all ingredients to a medium bowl and mash with a fork until creamy.
  • Add more salt to taste.

Notes

-Guacamole is best eaten fresh. If you plan to store it for a day or two, pack the guacamole down in a glass container and cover it with water to store. Pour off the water and stir when ready to use again.
