
Pico De Gallo

Ingredients
- 4 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a medium bowl and stir thoroughly to combine.
- Let the pico de gallo sit for 10 minutes, and add more salt to taste.

-Add more jalapeño pepper if you want it spicier (this recipe is mild).
-Remove the flesh and seeds of the jalapeño pepper for less spice.
-Serrano pepper is a good substitute for a jalapeño.
